So, here I go with my next task and this is definitely one that I have been putting off!

Our shiny new website needs a shiny original blog… and for our first ever post, I guess that it should be pretty special?

Who am I kidding!

This is Exceptional Bears, so surely it should be an ‘exceptional’ post?

Oh my… when did I ever claim to be Exceptional?

Well, the bears are certainly exceptional, but I fear my blog writing skills could certainly do with a polish up!

Maybe, I’ll go away, do some more work putting extra bears on the website and then come back when I feel a bit more exceptional  ?

Halfway Down The Stairs

Halfway down the stairs is a stair where I sit…

There isn’t any other stair quite like it.

I’m not at the bottom, I’m not at the top;

So, this is the stair where I always stop.

Halfway up the stairs isn’t up and isn’t down.

It isn’t in the nursery, it isn’t in the town.

And all sorts of funny thoughts run round in my head,

It isn’t really anywhere, it’s somewhere else instead!

Sitting on the fence, procrastination…

I can be certainly be exceptional at all these things on occasion  ?

But now that I have committed to be the ‘voice of the Bear blog’, I will be here regularly discussing curious, compelling, captivating knowledge and information regarding our cuddly companions.

So, I look forward to hearing your opinions and hopefully some inspiring discussions will be had on a range of interesting topics!

 

This is ‘Bear’, who my parents gave me on my First Birthday.

He is exceptionally pre-loved and he will be along with me for the ride!
